    Yes, we use MiProperty Portal. This software allows you access to the owner portal to see rents, work orders, leases and more. A safe place to streamline all the things pertaining to your rental at your fingertips.
  • What is One Key Property Management 's policy on evictions?
    One Key Property Management follows all legal procedures when it comes to evictions, and works with tenants to resolve issues before resorting to eviction. If it does come to LTB Hearing we use the most qualified paralegals to handle the case and ensure a speedy and effective process. We file all orders within Openroom and Canli on your behalf.
